I AM A NEW MEMBER, WHERE DO I GO FROM HERE?
 

Our ladies' day is every Thursday. Tee times start at 7:50 am. Please make sure to arrive at the course 30 minutes before your actual tee time.

 

How to sign up to play

Contact our Weekly Tournaments Chair, Norma Brownlow - email: macduff4me@yahoo.com Phone number can be found on the OLWGC Membership list.

 

If you a Thursday and would like to play the following week, contact our Weekly Tournaments Chair, Norma Brownlow.

 

Who do I contact if I need to cancel?

You may call the Weekly Tournaments Chair, Norma Brownlow through Wednesday evening if you have to cancel or call the Pro-Shop to cancel on day of play before 7.30 A.M.

Where do I find our Tee time sheet?

Our Weekly Tournament Chair will email all the members the “Tee time sheet” 

 

Why do I have to pay $2 each week?

Each week we play a different game.  If you wish to participate in the game, you must declare your intention to do so before the game starts, $2 will be collected after play. 

Weekly side games, closest to the pin and low putts

At entrance of the Pro-shop you will find one envelope for closest to the pin and one

envelope for low putts. If you like to participate in one of them or both, place $1 dollar in

each envelope and write your name on the envelope.

Why do we create a master scorecard?

The scorecard will be collected at end of the round by Dee Allums and is for the Weekly

Tournament Chair to double check our results for our weekly pay out, the Handicap Chair

will check our weekly posting. 

 

How do I sign up for Association Days?

You have to be a member of WPLGA, find 3 other ladies to make a foursome and use

the entry form on the WPLGA website to register, send the entry in before deadline.  

The WPLGA Calendar and direct link to WPLGA is available on our website. 

 

What is the "Ringer"

Your best score on each hole for the quarter.
